Hello all,
A Celebration of Life for retired Lt. Michael Hahn #2276 will be held on
Friday, August 28, at 11:00 a.m. at Green Valley Mortuary,
3004 Alexandrite Drive, Rescue, California.
The ceremony will last approximately one hour and will be immediately followed by a three-hour reception.
Food will be provided, and those who wish to honor Michael are warmly invited to share memories or tributes during an open mic throughout the reception.

Sgt. Doug Wright and I both arrived on the scene at about the same time. Dick was upright in the driver’s seat, his pen in his right hand and a ticket book on his right thigh. Blood everywhere. Sgt. Wright pulled him out of the car and we began cpr, truth is, we both knew he was gone.
It was a long night. The S.O. had the driver whose name was on the citation and when I arrived at their headquarters a Lt. Don Tam refused to turn him over to me because, he said, I would murder him! Big brass finally sorted it out.
Does anyone remember the car Dick was driving? It had a single whitewall tire, right rear as I recall. Nobody else would drive it, believing it was bad luck.
