Locally, there has been a move by the District Attorney to reverse the capital sentence of murder defendants to life without parole.
According to former D.A. Dolores Carr, there is one case left – that of Richard Farley, who murdered 7 people and wounded others at ESL in Sunnyvale in 1988.
A hearing on the matter is set for 1:30 p.m., Friday, December 6th in Dept. 24 of the Hall of Justice on West Hedding Street, San Jose.
