Hello all,PBA Vice President Mike Kihmm attended the memorial for Deputy Chief Robert (Bob) Allen this past weekend at the POA Hall.
Bob was a former Chief of Capitola PD and a member of the International Police Association (IPA).

  1. Outstanding recognition of one of my/our earliest mentors …. and a big contributor to the formulation of our Nation-wide famous “Field Training Program” and its staffing, via “Field Training Officer” training. May his memory be eternal.
