A finer man and an excellent administrator I did not know. God rest his soul.
Bill Mallet was the anthesis of the premise that one is promoted to their level of incompetence. Bill’s skills and performance increased with every level of responsibility he earned. Not only did he do a masterful job as an administrator, he truly had the best interest of the Department and it’s personnel at heart
