Hello all,
To members planning on attending the annual BBQ on August 21st and may be thinking about spending the night in town.
VP Curtis Jackson contacted La Quinta Inn at 1036 North Fourth Street, the former Dicks’s Supermarket site for you longtime retirees.
The hotel will provide a night rate of $143 plus taxes for a one bedroom unit.
Please email Curtis (motorm2129@aol.com) by Monday, August 5th if you would like to be included in the room block rate.
He will then contact the hotel with the names for confirmation. The online listed rate today for the 21st is $169.
