  1. You may remember that Brad was born with polio and always limped. He was with San Jose communications and later was a supervisor at county comm. He had lots of friends both with the city and county. Long time dealing with the polio and cancer. RIP, my friend.

  2. Brad was a great guy and a super dispatcher. A true friend who battled all his life including at least 5 years with cancer. We stayed in touch with e-mails even though he was a Twain Harte guy. Another sad loss to our family. RIP Brad.

  3. I met Brad circa 1969 at Ricardo’s Pizza in Willow Glen. He’s held a special place in my heart, always. All the years I was at S/O i looked forward to seeing him if I had to go up the hill. RIP old friend.

  5. I miss my friend Brad…..
In 1960, my family and I moved to Campbell, Ca. Not knowing anyone, I met Brad and found out his family had just moved to Campbell also and we became fast friends that year. Through the years our friendship grew and we shared stories, about fishing, fast cars, trips and other things I cannot put down on paper. Ha-ha. Even though we did not see each other as often as we would have liked, we talked on the phone and on e-mails as much as we could. Brad always had a smile and a good time when we could get together. His daughters Katie, Amy, Mary Maddy and his grandchildren, were his pride and joy. I send out a big hug to Lynette Murphy, his constant companion, thank you for being there for Brad through the years. When I received a call from Katie and Amy about Brad being in the hospital and then on Home Hospice, I knew I had to come to Oakdale and see him one more time. I was there for 2 days before he passed and I wish I could have done more. We had a lifelong friendship for over 60 years. I miss my friend and know I will see him again.
