Hello all,A health update regarding retired Ofc. Don Hale #1663.
He has been diagnosed with dementia and has been placed in a nursing facility.
Don’s wife Gloria and he are appealing for visits from his Law Enforcement family and friends as time may allow you.
He is currently living at Creekside Post Acute, 3580 Payne Ave, San Jose.
He is in room 310 and visiting hours are 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
