Rest in peace, Chief.
Loss of a great man. Stan was heavy into physical fitness. Can you remember going to the Fremont Range and there he was running all over the mountains. He was really into the Scottish games and excelled at the caber toss. One time he had a bit part in the TV series “McMillian and Wife” and got to meet Rock Hudson and Susan St. James. He was wearing his kilt and all his regalia and tossed the 150 pd 18 foot pine pole (caber) as far as he could and then said his line to the pair, “Kanick Ree+ something about the King’s Blood. Sad to see Stan go he always said what he meant and meant what he said.
Blessed to have known this wonderful man. Sad to read that we have lost another SJPD family member. RIP
