Hello all,

The Toyon/McKee breakfast/brunch gathering was one of the largest to date, with 29 attendees.
It was hard to get a clear shot of all of them in the group photo, close ups are included.
They were very generous and contributed a $525 ‘Super Tip’ for the staff in appreciation for their services this year.

Capt. Acosta made available the Bureau of Investigations (BOI) challenge coin to the many who at one time or another did tours in the Bureau.

I attached a copy of a petition that the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association is circulating that may be of interest to those residing in California with real estate property.
Under the current Prop 19 law, your property tax base would be adjusted to a new market value at the time of your death.
This could potentially cause the property taxes to increase and make it unaffordable for your heirs to keep your family home.
